I connected with Warmer Water because the owner, Josh, is my neighbor.
While on vacation for 10 days, I forgot to turn off the water. When I returned, my shower was cold. Upon inspecting the crawl space, I found it flooded with six inches of water due to a burst water heater. It was 9:30 PM when I discovered the issue.
